As clinicians and coaches, we know the benefits of regular physical activity and resistance training, but it can be difficult to fit into our own lives. The Integrity Training Project is designed to provide simple, straightforward training sessions that allow you to meet the ACSM/CDC guidelines for physical activity.
Two sessions a week build competency with basic movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pressing and pulling with weekly progressions as well as new exercises every month.
The aerobic training is more flexible; if you already have sports or other activities you enjoy, you can use the guidelines to determine whether you it qualifies for moderate or vigorous activity. If cardiovascular activity isn’t a part of your weekly routine, each month has new templates for you to choose from that can be utilized on indoor cardio equipment or outside running/walking, as well as a short “metcon” style circuit.
WHAT YOU GET:
Your .pdf of the Integrity Training Project workouts includes photos of all the movements, tips for and form, and a warmup. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group that will include additional training tips, exercise substitutions, and provide a forum for you to ask questions. All this comes out to $25 a month, billed as a one-time payment of $100 through PayPal.
